  • Save money: we compare rates, fees and features, not just the headline rate.
  • Save time: we handle the searching, paperwork and chasing.
  • Less hassle: one named mortgage planner, backed by an experienced team.

Why use a mortgage planner instead of going it alone?

The lowest advertised rate isn't always the cheapest mortgage overall. Arrangement fees, valuation costs, cashback and early repayment charges all affect what you pay. Lending criteria also vary between lenders, so a deal you find online may not be one you qualify for.

Who we help

  • First-time buyers: understand what you can borrow before you start viewing.
  • Moving home: whether you're upsizing, downsizing or relocating.
  • Remortgaging: before your deal ends and you move onto your lender's Standard Variable Rate.
  • Self-employed people, business owners and company directors: lenders assess salary, dividends and retained profit differently, and we know which fit.
  • Contractors
  • Complex or multiple incomes: bonuses, commission, rental income or several income sources.
  • Borrowing later in life: mortgages that run into or beyond retirement.

How it works

An initial conversation.
We talk through what you want to achieve and what you can comfortably afford.
We search and recommend
We compare suitable options and explain our recommendation and why.
We manage the application
We handle the paperwork and keep the lender, solicitor and estate agent moving.
Completion and beyond
We contact you well before your deal ends, so you never drift onto the Standard Variable Rate by accident.

Remortgaging? Start early

Many lenders let you secure a new rate several months before your deal ends, often up to six months. Starting early gives you time to compare calmly. Doing nothing could mean moving onto your lender's Standard Variable Rate.

When does your current deal end?

Tell us the date and we'll be in touch in good time to review your options. No commitment, just one less thing to remember.

A mortgage that fits your financial plan

The cheapest mortgage today isn't automatically the right one for the next five years. You may want to overpay, move again or retire early, or your income may change. As holistic financial planners, we consider your mortgage alongside your pensions, investments and protection.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We offer a comprehensive range of first charge mortgages from across the market that are made available to mortgage intermediaries for which we are paid a procuration fee by the lender.
